I believe there is only one way to achieve your dreams in life. Far too often, people set out to make a lot of money first and to have a life of purpose second. I started Winery Academy to change that idea of achievement.

Unless the path you are on and the work you do are aligned with your true destiny, you will always find yourself struggling to get ahead. To become a leader in your family and your business, start with your mission, mindset and motivation before you focus on money. If your business isn't linked to your purpose, it will struggle. If you can't keep your motivation when times get rough, you might give up right on the brink of making real money.
